About the Role

This is a pivotal position that plays a crucial role in enabling self-service analytics, integrating AI and machine learning insights, and ensuring a scalable data environment that empowers business stakeholders with timely, accurate, and future-ready analytics.

The Analytics Engineer will support and maintain current BI and reporting systems (SSRS, Power BI, SSIS/SSAS, Azure Data Factory) while advancing the organization's analytics capabilities. This role is pivotal in enabling self-service analytics, integrating AI and machine learning insights, and ensuring a scalable data environment that empowers business stakeholders with timely, accurate, and future-ready analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reliable and accurate BI/reporting support across SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL jobs and data refresh processes to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Enhance the usability of dashboards and reports by standardizing reusable data assets and streamlining analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to embed AI/ML-driven insights into analytics delivery and drive business growth through data-driven decisions.
  • Balance the support of current infrastructure with continuous innovation in advanced analytics to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide day-to-day production support of analytics platforms, ensuring uptime, data accuracy, and SLA adherence.
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents, including failures, data refresh issues, and user access related issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in BI tools: SSRS, Power BI, SSIS, SSAS

Proficiency in SQL Server query optimization and tuning

Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and data warehouse schema design

Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication

Exposure to AI/ML model integration in analytics workflows is highly desirable
