Job Title: Shooting Instructor

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a structured shooting program, driving excellence in the sport by fostering skill, discipline, and focus among participants.

To achieve this, we are seeking an experienced professional to design age-appropriate training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced shooters. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in shooting sports, excellent communication and motivational skills, and a commitment to safety and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive shooting curriculum integrated with the school's sports vision.
  • Nurture talent for district, state, national, and international competitions.
  • Maintain a safe and well-maintained shooting range, equipment, and accessories.
  • Evaluate student performance and progress, providing feedback and progress reports to students, parents, and school leadership.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or equivalent. A Certified Shooting Coach (National Rifle Association of India or equivalent) is also required. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Shooting Coach with a proven track record and experience training students for district/state/national-level competitions is essential.
