Data Centric Tester - TDM Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead our Test Data Management (TDM) initiatives. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
