Job Title: Quantitative Analyst

The organization seeks a skilled quantitative analyst to develop data-driven solutions and drive strategic outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex problems, optimize performance, and uncover actionable insights using large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes
  • Develop predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, and cloud-based tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and automation of complex workflows
