Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FB Ambassador to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize sales revenue.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods and presentation standards.
