Senior IT Service Management Professional

This is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall strategy and direction of our IT service management (ITSM) function.
- Develop and implement ITSM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Lead a team of IT professionals to provide excellent customer service and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Monitor the performance and availability of IT systems and infrastructure components, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent understanding of ITSM best practices, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request management processes.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and IT service management tools like Atlassian JIRA/Confluence.
- Strong decision-making skills, considering the criticality of needs and trade-offs.
- Practical experience with product development management and Agile software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
