AI Model Engineer

We seek a seasoned AI Model Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and engineering teams to prototype, fine-tune, and productionize AI models that power intelligent automation and real-world advisory systems.

You will translate cutting-edge research into usable solutions and own the model lifecycle from concept to deployment. Your expertise in machine learning, LLMs, and NLP will be instrumental in driving our mission to empower organizations to build and operate secure applications.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or LangChain, as well as a strong understanding of NLP and generative model architectures. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Design, build, and optimize machine learning models for multi-turn dialogue, entity extraction, reasoning, and decision-making.
  • Fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, Mistral, LLaMA) for domain-specific use cases using open-source frameworks.
  • Evaluate model performance using qualitative and quantitative methods (BLEU, ROUGE, Precision/Recall, etc.)
  • Contribute to rapid experimentation pipelines and scalable AI deployments.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in applied ML or AI research roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or Data Scientist.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or LangChain.
  • Experience fine-tuning or customizing LLMs, especially for reasoning, dialogue, or retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Strong understanding of NLP and generative model architectures.
