We are seeking a seasoned AI leader to spearhead our Large Language Model (LLM) initiative.

Job Overview
  • Develop the overarching architecture for the LLM, aligning it with our strategic objectives.
  • Define the technical roadmap and establish a plan in line with organizational goals.
  • Select the most suitable technology stack, frameworks, and tools for LLM development and deployment.
  • Oversee the integration of data pipelines, model training environments, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders for cohesive implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and incorporate best practices to enhance LLM capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth research on LLM architectures, including open-source and domain-specific models like GPT, BERT, and FinBERT.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge in AI, ML, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong grasp of scalability, modularity, and security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies, data pipeline design, and data management practices.
  • Expertise in CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring for ML models.
  • Ability to guide technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
