Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing and securing cloud environments. You'll conduct threat research, build robust cloud security architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve our security processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Critical Infrastructure Protection: Design and implement robust security solutions within cloud environments, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies.
  • Risk Mitigation Strategies: Conduct thorough threat research and analysis specific to cloud security, identifying potential vulnerabilities and emerging threats.
  • Architecture Development: Build and enhance secure cloud architectures, including network security, data protection, and identity and access management.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, compliance) to integrate security into the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve existing security processes and procedures to enhance the overall security posture of our infrastructure.
  • Incident Response: Monitor cloud environments for security incidents, respond to alerts, and perform initial incident analysis and containment.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide technical expertise and guidance on cloud security best practices to internal teams.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience specifically within cloud security environments.
  • Possession of a Security Engineer or Solutions Architect certification is mandatory.
  • Solid foundational knowledge and practical experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Strong understanding and experience with encryption methodologies and their implementation.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and incident response activities within a cloud context.
