Test Engineering Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in Manual and Functional Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Regression, Smoke, and Sanity testing, along with solid SQL skills and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing of web and backend applications.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA insights during planning.
  • Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills are required for this role:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Manual and Functional QA.
  • Strong understanding of Regression, Smoke, and Sanity testing techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL for backend validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
