Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini has a unique leadership development academy that nurtures and imparts training to elected representatives, political and social workers, and people involved in institutions and start-ups. Our research focuses on social, political, economic, and agricultural arenas, aiming to inform policy decisions.

As a Director of Strategic Growth, you will lead our Knowledge Excellence Centre at the Bhayandar campus. Your role entails:

  • Expanding current activities, introducing new areas of study, research, and training, and taking projects to policy level where possible.
  • Closely studying international events and initiatives, reviewing their application, relevance, and adaptation to India.
  • Developing and executing training, public awakening, and research programs to facilitate policymakers through collaborative approaches with stakeholders.
  • Fostering collaboration with government bodies, academia, and civic partners.
  • Guiding and ensuring execution of strategy for in-house talent management & development programs to meet new initiatives.
  • Operating with the management committee through consultative approach.
  • Providing strategic guidance and operational excellence of existing campus facilities and expansion projects.

We seek a visionary leader with:

  • A professional qualification with a Ph.D. preferred.
  • Proven experience of 20-25 years in leadership, education, social research, public policy, or non-profit sectors, industry.
  • A strong track record in program development, partnerships, and team management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical governance and public leadership aligned with 'New Leaders for a New India.'
