As a Lead Business System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of business systems and processes. Your primary objective will be to facilitate the research, exploration, analysis, and documentation of business system requirements.

You will work closely with technical team members to translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications for development. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, costs, and benefits in support of the demand management process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the research and exploration of business system requirements
  • Analyzing user requirements, costs, and benefits
  • Translating requirements into detailed functional specifications
  • Documenting current business processes and models
  • Assisting in the creation of business case documentation

In this role, you will also be expected to:

  • Evaluate the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization
  • Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
  • Play a third-level support role by helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues with production systems

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should also be proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word, with familiarity with application integration methods, including data mapping processes.

We are seeking an individual who is able to learn new systems and tools quickly, and who can work independently and within teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
