You will be responsible for conducting preliminary sourcing and pre-screening activities, acting as a critical support pillar to Japan's Talent Management teams, and building a pipeline of consultant talent to support future growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify high-quality candidates for various roles within Japan
  • Collaborate closely with Japan's Talent Management teams to provide day-to-day support and ensure seamless recruitment processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to build a strong pipeline of consultant talent
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their recruiting needs and propose creative solutions to attract top talent in a competitive market
  • Utilize innovative techniques to uncover passive talent through social media, Boolean searches, and other advanced research tactics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or executive search, specifically sourcing Japanese talent within a professional services environment
  • Fluent written and verbal Japanese language skills
  • Significant experience sourcing 'passive' and 'active' candidates through Social Recruiting Networks
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in all aspects of internet sourcing, recruiting, and behavioral-based candidate evaluation
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building sustainable internal and external relationships
  • Ability to propose and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
