Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Data Review Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.

  • Conduct in-stream data trend analysis to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Define data capture requirements in line with protocol and reporting needs.
  • Represent clinical data scientists at multi-disciplinary team meetings and external meetings.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • MBBS/MD is mandatory.
  • Experience in clinical data sciences with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Good understanding of clinical/medical data.
  • Proven expertise in the proactive identification of issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the delivery of end-to-end study data quality and integrity.
  • Provide medical, clinical, and scientific advisory expertise.
  • Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and applicable regulations.
  • Approve actions on human resources matters.
