Product Experience Leader

As a seasoned Product Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our digital platform. You will lead the design of major product initiatives, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of the product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies to meet business goals and improve user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation and delivery.
  • Conduct thorough user research to inform design decisions and continuously improve app usability and engagement.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life.
  • Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts with real users.


Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong focus on consumer-facing digital products (especially mobile apps).
  • Proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor, ideally in a B2C technology startup or fast-paced digital product company.
  • Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma (wireframing, visual design, prototyping).
  • Exceptional visual design sensibility with keen attention to detail in typography, color, and layout.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business and user requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to clearly articulate design rationale and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
