Job Title: API Automation Test Lead

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in API automation testing and experience leading teams of quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Define and report quality engineering metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience in software development and quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Selenium, and Cucumber, with experience in building scenarios and automating APIs using Rest Assured or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, including Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
  • Strong coding skills in Java and JavaScript, with experience in developing and maintaining complex software systems.
