About the Role:

we are looking for highly committed professionals with 9 – 10 years of experience in Java API test automation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering [E&CE/CS/IT]
  • Overall, 9 to 11 years of At least 6 + years hands on expr in developing test automation framework (API, BDD, TDD, Hybrid)
  • Hands on in one of languages, preferably Java, Python, Shell.
  • Well experienced in backend services testing & API testing/automation.
  • Rest-assured or any other API automation tool chain for API testing.
  • Strong skill set on Selenium/web driver/TestNG/Junit/cucumber & UI testing tool chains.
  • Well versed in Automation CI/CD pipeline on Azure dev-Ops/Test Pipelines/docker/Kubernetes.
  • Added advantage if have knowledge on UI/Web Apps automation
  • Experience in automating various business web pages with multiple browsers.
  • Have done performance testing on API/middle ware & UI applications.
  • Strong fundamentals in test concepts, BDD, TDD.
  • Extensively worked on postman or any API testing tool.
  • Well versed in SQL/Postgres or any db.
  • knowledge on Azure data lake & analysis.
  • Added advantage if knowledge on Bigdata/HBase.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 

  • Module ownership, Prepare test plan, test execution estimations & traceability matrix.
  • Creating and Review of Clients requirements, test scenarios, test cases, test data, test results.
  • Automation testing using tools as applicable.
  • Look after test environment and debugging of automation test setup @ Azure pipelines.
  • Execute Test Cases on Azure pipelines.
  • Maintain quality standards
  • Verification & Validation Test & Analysis of deviation trend.
  • Testing status reporting after each bug fix and release testing.
  • Works with clients in evaluating and implementing new technologies and offer strategies for new opportunities.
  • Logs decoding and analysis.
  • Defect logging, reporting Preparation of draft Test Summary report
  • Implementing and evolving appropriate measurements and metrics
  • Explore areas of test automation and try to automate with tools & Scripts.
  • Active participation in test review & test execution.
  • Assists in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans.
  • Continuous guidance to the team.
