Automation Engineer Role Overview

We're seeking a diligent and skilled Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of quality.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and owning test automation solutions across Web, Mobile, and Windows platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact, work with cutting-edge technology, and champion quality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build robust, scalable automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Craft high-quality, reusable test scripts using Python, PyTest, and Appium.
  • Partner closely with developers and product owners in an Agile/DevOps culture to define test strategies and ensure top-tier product quality.
  • Integrate your automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases.
  • Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and become a key voice for quality and best practices across our engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-9 years of dedicated experience in QA with a strong emphasis on hands-on automation.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Python and the PyTest framework.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile automation for iOS and Android using Appium.
  • Proven experience with web automation using Selenium.
  • Exposure to Windows application automation (PyWinAuto, WinAppDriver).
  • A solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
