We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Unix, SQL, and Shell Scripting.
The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, monitoring and analyzing applications to identify performance issues, potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and business monitoring & Observability support for users of client Applications.
- Monitor & Analyze applications to identify performance issues, potential risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues.
- Field issues and queries from stakeholders, provide short-term resolutions and work with relevant technology partners for long term remediation.
- Act as a liaison between users, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
- Participate in Custom solution releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-12 years' experience and well versed with Java,Unix, SQl and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow , Dynatrace and Splunk is Preferred.
- Good debugging skills and ability to handle operational issues.
- Strong in problem solving, analytical skills, algorithms.
- Familiarity with monitoring and understanding of SLI concept.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
