We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our B.Des. Game Design & Animation program as Faculty Coordinator.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong academic and professional expertise in game development, animation, and interactive media, with demonstrated proficiency in both visual storytelling and technical skills including programming.

  • Develop and teach core courses in game design, animation, and interactive programming;
  • Mentor students in game development projects and industry-linked internships;
  • Integrate programming modules (game logic, interactivity, AI) into course content;

We require someone with experience in leading teams, coordinating across departments, and managing academic operations.

Key Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, Python, JavaScript;
  • Experience with game engines and tools: Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Blender;
  • Understanding of animation workflows, storytelling, and level design;
  • Strong knowledge of gameplay mechanics, UI/UX for games, and interactive media;
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Game Design, Animation, Computer Science, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience;
  • Strong portfolio of game/interactive projects and/or published work;
