Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to design and execute engaging graphics for various mediums. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing materials that effectively communicate the company's message.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, effective relation building capacity, knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience, detail oriented, well organized, and prior experience in Design and editing software.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To gather requirements from stakeholders and design and execute creatives accordingly
  • Creatives for Ads, Website, Social Media
  • Organize and assign work into a work management tool for self and the team
  • Constantly research and come up with new ideas and templates to enhance aesthetics while bringing variety to designs
  • Set consistent tone for each brand and provide details to junior designers
  • Delegate repeated tasks to relevant members and ensure proper utilization
  • Collaborate with other teams to get timely design requirements and set processes
  • Raise alarms when work is overloaded or priority is confusing
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment without compromising artistic creativity
  • Take feedback on creatives from Management till brand guidelines are set or team tries new style
  • Study brands' social media constantly to understand their aesthetics and evolution
  • Recruitment and Department Building, Onboarding, Mentoring and Escalating issues

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relation building capacity
  • Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Prior experience in Design and editing software
  • Degree in Creative/Artistic Discipline
