Job Title

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our e-commerce marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to manage partner relationships with marketplaces such as Myntra, AJIO, and Nykaa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned marketplaces
    • Build strong relationships with category managers and partner teams to align on growth strategies and campaigns
  • Product Listing & Catalog Management:
    • Ensure accurate, timely listing of new products with complete content
    • Monitor and update product details, pricing, and availability to maintain accuracy and brand standards
  • Promotions & Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and platform-specific offers
    • Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, pricing approvals, and inventory readiness
  • Marketing Activations & Visibility:
    • Align with marketplace teams for brand visibility spots and seasonal campaigns
    • Track performance of marketing activations and optimize ROI
  • SPF & Claims Management:
    • Manage Seller Protection Fund (SPF) claims, returns, and dispute resolutions with marketplaces
    • Minimize operational leakages through timely claim filing and follow-ups
  • Reconciliation & Reporting:
    • Track and reconcile marketplace payments, returns, and penalties
    • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports including sales trends, returns, and operational KPIs
  • Supply Chain & Operational Efficiency:
    • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and adherence to SLA
    • Monitor cancellations, returns, and stock-outs; take corrective actions to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, seller dashboards, and e-commerce workflows
  • Hands-on experience with Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO Seller Panel, Nykaa Seller Dashboard (or similar)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
