As a Business Analyst in our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our online business by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and optimizing our e-commerce operations. ","Key Responsibilities:","
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of e-commerce performance metrics, sales data, customer behavior, website traffic, conversion funnels, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our e-commerce capabilities and identify best practices.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to extract actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
","Requirements Gathering & Documentation:","
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their needs, challenges, and vision for e-commerce enhancements.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new e-commerce features, platform integrations, and improvements.
","Project Management & Implementation Support:","
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring business objectives are clearly communicated and understood.
","eCommerce Platform Optimization:","
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to website usability, navigation, search functionality, product display, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
","Data-Driven Decision Making:","
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to e-commerce performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing key metrics, trends, and recommendations for leadership.
","Qualifications:","
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically focused on e-commerce platforms and digital products.
  • Proven experience working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Magento).
