About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end tendering and proposal development processes for projects in Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, and Natural Capital Initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of relevant experience in managing tenders and proposals for clients and projects in these sectors. They will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality bids that meet client and sector requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender preparation and submission processes
  • Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials
  • Draft and structure technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and post-submission follow-up with clients and partners
  • Support management in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in Tender Management in the field of Climate Change and Sustainability
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
