We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our sustainability initiatives in India. The Impact Manager will be responsible for driving local execution and ensuring global strategies are effectively implemented in the Indian context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adapt and execute global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, and health & well-being within India.
  • Design and deliver initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities while remaining consistent with global frameworks.
  • Develop annual plans for India, set measurable local targets, and track progress.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in India to drive business growth and success.

This role requires a strong understanding of India's sustainability landscape and experience in coordinating employee networks, volunteer groups, or champions. You'll need excellent communication, writing, and engagement skills to inspire employees across levels and functions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI as well as employee engagement programs.
  • Cultural awareness and strong understanding of India's sustainability, philanthropic, and DEI landscape.
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior leadership, building trust and alignment on key priorities.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
