Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing scalable, efficient, and reliable backend systems using Java/J2EE and Springboot.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Microservices architecture and containerization to ensure seamless integration and deployment. They will also be expected to develop a solid understanding of Agile SDLC approach and implement it in the project.

In addition, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement front-end technologies like ReactJS. Experience working with API Gateways (NGINX preferred) and AD authentication is required.

The ideal candidate will also design and implement database solutions using SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, CouchDB preferred). They will implement messaging system (KAFKA preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure high availability and scalability.

A clear understanding of CS Algorithms and design patterns is essential for this role. Excellent leadership and communication skills are necessary for this position.

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech(CSE, Electronics preferred) and 7+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience in testing frameworks (Junit/Mockito or Selenium/Cucumber).
  • Good project management skills, including planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
