Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

About the Role:

The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth functioning of an organization by handling various HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and providing exceptional employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring to find top talent.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Oversee administrative staff and optimize their activities for efficient office operations.
  • Administer payroll processing, benefits management, and leave administration to maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while maintaining organizational cohesion.
  • Handle sensitive correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping with utmost discretion.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to budget and track expenses for administrative operations.
  • Manage employee records, including personal data, job history, and performance evaluations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, handle employee relations issues, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance to maintain a productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
