About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth functioning of an organization by handling various HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and providing exceptional employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring to find top talent.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
- Oversee administrative staff and optimize their activities for efficient office operations.
- Administer payroll processing, benefits management, and leave administration to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while maintaining organizational cohesion.
- Handle sensitive correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping with utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to budget and track expenses for administrative operations.
- Manage employee records, including personal data, job history, and performance evaluations to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, handle employee relations issues, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance to maintain a productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
