Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Network Engineer. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting LANs, WANs, and network segments. Your expertise will help us ensure the security and optimal performance of our network.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy and maintain LANs, WANs, and network segments
  • Collaborate with equipment vendors for troubleshooting and configuration standardization
  • Handle firewall configurations to ensure security and optimal performance
  • Maintain a strong understanding of LAN switching technologies, including VLANs, RSTP, ACLs, and Virtual Chassis
  • Recommend network capacity planning strategies
  • Plan and execute proactive maintenance for disaster recovery
  • Monitor networks for security, reliability, and availability
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3-6 years of overall IT experience
  • Proficient in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FortiGate and Palo-Alto firewalls
  • Skilled in handling Cisco, Juniper, and Huawei switches
  • Familiarity with Aruba, Cisco controllers, and access points
  • Experience with AWS and Zscaler Private Access
  • Sound knowledge of various network protocols and ports
  • Familiarity with IPSec, SSL VPN, IDS, and IPS
  • Prior experience in routing and switching
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
