Job Title: Vice President Commercial LeasingAbout This Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the leasing business forward by building, nurturing and leading a high-performing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Development: Grow the leasing business through effective team management, proactive client engagement and developer meetings.
  • Revenue Growth: Maintain year-over-year revenue growth by tracking key business milestones and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Transaction Management: Participate in large transactions and contribute to team closure with expertise.
  • Team Performance: Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KRAs) are met by the team and drive sales closures and achievement of sales targets.
  • Workplace Culture: Foster a positive work environment by implementing Work, Health & Safety policies and promoting team building activities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-15 years of experience in commercial leasing or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and developers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
