Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Workday technical professional to design, develop, and optimize the Workday platform across various modules. This includes Workday Integration, HCM Architect, Implementation, and other related areas.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, implementing, and reviewing solutions within Workday on project scope, business requirements, and integrations with REST APIs.
  • Maintenance and enhancement of existing Workday solutions, including integration with other systems, is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio, XSLT transformations, Document Transformations, custom reports, and Payroll Connectors.
  • Ability to execute convergence of initiatives towards long-term strategic objectives by partnering with business and technical teams.
  • Experience in managing End-to-End Workday Implementation for multiple clients across geographies.
