Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled eCommerce Developer to join our team. As an eCommerce developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features in our eCommerce platform using server-side Java and front-end HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

You will also be working on integrating eCommerce modules such as Order and Customer management with backend ERP systems (SAP) using web services. Additionally, you will be developing interfaces/cartridges (REST and SOAP) to integrate with 3rd party services such as Payment gateway, AEM CMS, Marketo, PIM, Salesforce, etc.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new features in the eCommerce platform using Java and JavaScript
  • Integrate eCommerce modules with backend ERP systems using web services
  • Design and develop interfaces/cartridges (REST and SOAP) to integrate with 3rd party services
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Requirements
  • Professional IT experience with demonstrated ability working with Intershop or other E-Commerce platforms with Java-based server-side technologies
  • Minimum of three years of JavaScript experience including Angular JS
  • Good experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JS libraries such as jQuery, Angular
  • SOLR experience and solid understanding of tokenizers and analyzers
  • Expert knowledge of SOAP and REST standards for developing web services
  • Knowledge of Linux, preferably in AWS
  • Solid Understanding of DevOps tools such as Maven, Ant, Gradle, GIT, Jenkins
