We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Test Professional.

About the role:

  • Knowledge of safety systems and preventive measures during high-voltage testing is essential.
  • In-process testing of Transformers and Reactors requires attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Performing routine, type, and special tests on transformers/reactors according to IS/IEC/IEEE standards is crucial.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning/Switching Impulse and Partial Discharge testing is required.
  • Independently handling customer inspections is a key responsibility.
  • Knowledge of NABL requirements according to ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 is necessary.
  • Testing of Control Panels Inspection at supplier end requires strong organizational skills.
  • Panel accessories fitting at factory demands precision and attention to detail.
  • Panel testing after fitting of all accessories during final testing in presence of customer requires effective communication skills.
  • Preparation of Test Certificates is a critical task.
  • Calibration of Test Instruments / Equipments is essential for accuracy.
  • Maintenance of testing equipments requires proactive maintenance.
  • Awareness of requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Soft Skills like Word, Excel, PPT, Auto CAD, etc. is preferred.

  • Acquired knowledge in 5 years in testing of Transformers, Reactors, and Distribution Transformers is required.
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of Electrical Testing is fundamental.
  • Knowledge of Control Panels / PLCs is necessary.
  • Knowledge of MS office (Advance knowledge of MS EXCEL) is required.
  • Knowledge of safety practices during electrical testing is crucial.

Key Skills:

  • Focus on Safety aspects is essential.
  • Critical thinking & quick analysis based on the problem situation is required.
  • English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders is necessary.
  • Proactive mindset and approach to serve colleagues, internal and external customers is crucial.

  • Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team is required.
  • Time management and Prioritization Skills are essential.
