Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist - DMPK to join our team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for designing and executing DMPK studies to support antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs, from discovery through IND-enabling stages.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantification of biologics including antibodies, therapeutic proteins, ADCs, and peptides using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms. Proficiency in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DMPK strategies to support ADC and mAb programs.
  • Design and execute DMPK studies to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Analyze and interpret complex DMPK data to provide actionable insights to cross-functional project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field with 5 years' experience in DMPK research.
  • Extensive experience in quantitative analysis of biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.
  • Proficiency in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.
