Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare annual financial plans, analyzing expenses to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Examine financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with business units on performance analysis
  • Promote continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
  • Oversee long-term financial planning initiatives
  • Ensure accurate reporting through robust internal controls
  • Manage operational financial controls, including revenue/sales growth, expense, and margin management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pipeline impact on forecasting with CRM support
  • Handle complex financial data
  • Provide strategic guidance to local Market Financial Director, driving growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with comprehensive financial modeling and analysis
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align financial planning with commercial objectives
  • Influence operational stakeholders to meet or exceed financial targets

Desired candidate profile:

  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, controlling, or related roles
  • Hold a (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) degree with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • A background in a large organization and international environment is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to negotiate with various stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
