Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • We seek a creative individual to develop high-quality multimedia deliverables through innovative design.
  • You will challenge and be challenged, creating solutions that showcase your passion for visual storytelling.
  • Must have excellent visualization and conceptualization skills, with strong English communication abilities to discuss designs with clients.
  • Prior experience in Print-media design is essential, with package and label design experience being a significant plus.
  • Responsible for creating and following production/design guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in all deliverables.
  • Capable of managing a small team of designers and taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.
  • Designing screens based on approved look and feel standards, with expertise in print and digital media creation.
  • Reviewing creative output from a visual perspective, ensuring products meet QA standards and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of user behaviors, particularly in communication design.
  • Preparing mockups and presenting them to clients, turning concepts into reality.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest graphics trends and suggesting creative upgrades accordingly.
  • Experience in motion graphics development and video production is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment, with effective oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in creating promotional content or related domains
  • Prior experience in Print media is highly beneficial
  • Comfortable working with non-English languages like European languages
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic tools like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Hands-on experience in motion graphics via Animate and proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Creative and eager to learn about new developments in the field
  • Good communication skills to accurately communicate with the team and clients
