Job Title: Lead GenAI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead GenAI Engineer to join our team at Clanx.

  • Design and implement the architecture of AI systems, leveraging expertise in architecting and scaling AI platforms.
  • Take ownership of product releases, pre-planning and scaling infrastructure as needed.
  • Leverage leadership skills to communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support engineering teams.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Key qualifications include:

  • A proven track record of architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • A minimum of 4 years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Additional requirements include experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular.

The successful candidate will lead the development of AI Agent platforms, ensuring they are cost-efficient and aligned with overall architectural vision.
