Job Description:

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will lead testing components of large and complex projects, assign tasks, provide direction to resources, and report progress to project stakeholders.

This role will be responsible for providing mentorship and expertise in technologies and processes for Information Services Quality Assurance (QA).

  • Develops and creates test ware to ensure project test requirements are met.
  • Recognizes automation and tool opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality.
  • Provides expertise in testing across the QA organization.
  • Recommends new methods and modifications to ensure test coverage for assigned responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and work experience.

Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of testing experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in testing APIs.
Technical Skills:
  • Expertise with Windows IIS WCF and Azure Microservices.
  • Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service for testing containerized apps.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server queries.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling HTML and Object-Oriented Analysis Design.
  • Experience with Agile Development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with third-party integration teams.
  • Familiarity with Swagger and OpenAPI.
