Senior Test Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global and progressive organization operating under Technology Innovation group.

Job Summary:

This role involves collaborating with various teams to understand and define clear layouts for validation processes, performing tests on objects using industry standards, acquiring test data from objects, analyzing data, and applying DFMEA methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with NPD, Engineering, Control Electronic, and Application groups to develop and execute test plans and procedures.
  • Design and implement testing protocols to ensure compliance with global industry validation standards.
  • Analyze test data using various DAQ software to identify performance and reliability trends.
  • Travel to customer sites for field validation requirements or to resolve critical issues at suppliers' sites.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in testing, validation, and R&D in machinery industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentations, Control, Automation, Electronics, or similar engineering discipline from an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills to drive functional needs from product performance and reliability.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience handling measurements and knowledge on analysis of strain, stress, vibration, deflections, and other mechanical properties using DAQ systems.
