we are looking for Senior Automation Test Lead who can work in any ITC Location Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/Gurgaon and we are looking for Immediate to 15 days joiners

Summary: Looking for self-driven, independent contributor in the QA automation space (not just functional testing). They should be able to understand the MyLifePath ecosystem, identify vulnerabilities, strategize, prioritize, develop and maintain testing methodologies / techniques independently. They should expect minimum guidance from the team especially w.r.t. testing techniques. Strong and relevant experience would be required.

Job Requirements:

Seeking an Senior Automation Test Lead with 9+ years of hands-on experience who can bring significant expertise, lead a team, and independently manage this domain.

·Testing Expertise: Extensive experience in manual and automated testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.

·Test Automation: Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and experience with server-side languages (e.g., Java).

·Stress & Performance testing: Proficiency in executing the large scale stress and performance tests using QA tools.

·Bug Tracking: Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).

·Functional Testing: Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

·Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work with APIs and databases.

·Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies.

·Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.

·Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

·Documentation: Proficient in documenting test cases, test results, and defect reports clearly and accurately.

  • Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure is desired, like familiarity with Azure services Azure Cosmos Database.
  • ·Communication: Strong communication skills for discussing testing results, issues, and improvements.
  • ·Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
