  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Manage system upgrades and patches.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and streamline operations.
  • Implement process changes and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for finance processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Apps Finance, with a strong focus on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Advanced Collections, Receivables, iExpense, and Intercompany Flow.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Apps Finance R12.
  • At least 1 successful implementation of Oracle Apps Finance.
  • Strong configuration and design skills.
  • Experience with multiple currency financial plans and budget creation.
  • Domain expertise in finance functions.
  • Familiarity with various Oracle tables.
  • Basic experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
