Job Title: Technical Expert for Unconventional Well Stimulation
  • Design and execute stimulation jobs for multiple projects, analyzing Fracturing, Stimulation, and Sand Control operations.
  • As a senior engineer, lead on-site execution of these jobs in both onshore and offshore fields, utilizing your expertise to optimize job designs.
  • Prepare and refine job designs using industry software (GOHFER/PackPro/Stim2000), analyzing diagnostic pumping data and recommending tailored solutions for effective stimulation results.
  • Develop detailed post-job reports and recommendations based on analysis, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Build relationships with customers to meet requirements and manage expectations, making recommendations for changes during the wellsite operation. Collaborate closely with operations and Business Development teams to provide efficient job execution.
  • Work with service coordinators to verify equipment and materials for pre-job preparation.
  • Conduct thorough pre-job fluid testing and analysis, providing technical documentation throughout the process to the Business Development team and customers.
  • Complete projects involving fundamental engineering principles, job design, and execution, understanding and supporting technology teams in deploying new technologies – both surface and subsurface.
  • Understand PSL specific equipment requirements based on job design, able to operate on the job monitoring software, and assist with customer remote viewing operations.
  • Assist in developing Associate Technical Professionals' skills.
  • Foster teamwork among personnel involved in job performance.
  • Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess ability to read and interpret formation well logs, completion reports, and production summaries.
