Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Project Coordinator. This role involves overseeing the implementation of education programs, ensuring optimal utilization of school resources, and fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.

  • This includes planning, implementing, and monitoring Quality Support Programs in assigned states, optimizing usage and improvement of school infrastructure and facilities, and ensuring activation of critical processes such as sports, assembly, schedule, library, SDP, Student committees, Forum, Teacher professional development, and student-centered activities.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the formulation of Annual Operating Plans, submitting monthly budget provisions and projections, and monitoring day-to-day expenses. Additionally, they will support in recruitment processes for Academic mentors/Trainers in consultation with HR.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including community members, parents, government bodies, and authorities, to build and nurture long-term partnerships.

Requirements:
  • MSW/MBA/Post-graduate in Rural Development
  • Experience in implementing education programs
  • 5-10 years in implementing education programs
