Network Engineering Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a critical role in our Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will possess 6-7 years of experience in network engineering and support, with a strong focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing network monitoring, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with global service providers to diagnose and resolve network problems.
  • Maintain high levels of network uptime and rapidly restore services when disruptions occur.
  • Configure, manage, and support Cisco routing technologies.
  • Provide assistance with switching and firewall operations.
  • Document incidents and resolutions thoroughly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication (EXTC) or equivalent is required.
  • CCNA/CCNP certification is mandatory for this position.
  • 6-7 years of proven experience in network engineering and support is essential.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise with Cisco Routing technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Switching and Firewalls.
  • Excellent skills in diagnosing and resolving network outages.
