We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Growth Specialist to join our team and drive business growth through key account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST) work hours. As a Customer Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
You will also focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. This will involve:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Banking and Technology industry, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Expand Soho's presence and portfolio in the North American market.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions. Foster collaboration and effective communication.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Growth Specialist, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 6+ years of proven success in account management within the staffing or consulting industry, with a focus on the North American market. Should have acted as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOW and Staff Augmentation in financial services, IT, and technology domains. Knowledge of Cloud Migration, API development, and Finance Regulatory reporting is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Result-Driven: Proven track record of handling similar industry clients and demonstrated ability to drive business growth.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel.
What We Offer:
As a Customer Growth Specialist at Soho Square Solutions, you can expect a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
