Job Title: KYC Process Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of KYC Process Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of client onboarding, including data analysis, documentation review, and risk assessment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Manage client adoption, existing client extension, and account amendment across multiple products and business lines.
  • Data Analysis: Perform first screening on documentation to ensure compliance with DB's Global Compliance requirements, specific country KYC & regulatory requirements, and Key Operating Procedures.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client onboarding and manage Service Delivery Center in offshore location to complete requests on time.
  • Communication: Pro-actively follow up and manage expectations with different parties, including Relationship Managers, Sales, Compliance, and stay on top of the status.
  • Issue Management: Manage and escalate issues on a precise and timely manner, identify root cause, and come up with resolution.
  • Documentation: Update in SharePoint to track open client requests, new reference mappings, and also counterparty creations, ensuring storage of appropriate mapping references in DB Central systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all account opening with conditional approval and exception approval are completed before expiry.
  • Metrics: Keep track on various MI to ensure no aging items.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure that defined guidelines are adhered to for excellent QA scores.
  • Process Ownership: Work as the process owner and ensure end-to-end management of all activities associated with the process.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
