A graduate degree or CA/MBA is preferred, along with CIA or CPA certifications. The ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and balance confidential information discretely and expertly is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and lead staff members.
  • Handle SOX and audit engagements, including process reviews, SOPs, and other risk management engagements.
  • Design and assess processes and controls, driving improvements and providing mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
  • CA or MBA
  • Graduate + CIA
  • Experience in service delivery, team handling, and supervision of staff members.
