Job Description- You will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust framework to deliver services in scope, meeting customer expectations on time and within budget.
- Our ideal candidate will have hands-on involvement in operations within the service area, creating effort and cost estimates for demand requests.
- Key responsibilities include managing service performance, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and driving continuous service improvement.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and escalations, managing expectations and maintaining third-party vendor relationships.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in an IT discipline is required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Systems Development, Service and Operation Management, Process improvement and optimization, and Cloud solutions is essential.
- Exposure to Data Analytics Agile methodology, Project management, and IT management is also desirable.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC), or ISO 27001 LA is required.
