Job Title: Third-Party Risk Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our third-party risk management initiatives and develop customized solutions for large and mid-sized organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive third-party risk management frameworks in accordance with client objectives and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Drive sales efforts for TPRM solutions by engaging with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and demonstrating how our offerings can address their specific risk management challenges.
  • Provide expert insights to senior leadership regarding the integration of TPRM solutions into broader organizational strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and analyze third-party vendors, addressing financial, operational, technical, and reputational risks associated with their engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Risk Management Expertise: 18+ years of experience in risk management, focusing specifically on third-party risk management initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: In-depth understanding of key TPRM regulations relevant to heavily regulated business sectors, including direct compliance experience with global banking regulations such as OCC, ECB, and CPS230.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with implementing industry-standard TPRM technologies such as Archer, OneTrust, and ProcessUnity, along with knowledge of AI technologies and their impact on TPRM.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts effectively to senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
