Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Experiments: Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.
  • Content & Marketing Support: Create innovative content that helps us win attention and trust.
  • Community Building: Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to get our name out there.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A self-starter who loves solving problems with creativity and persistence.
  • Resourceful and outcome-oriented: You know how to get things done without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
