We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous professional to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

  • Welcome guests warmly and make them feel comfortable and valued upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations, maintain a seating plan, and assist with waiting lists to ensure seamless service.
  • Take accurate orders, communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams, and provide timely service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • Handle billing, process payments, and address guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas; assist in setup and closing activities to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Support team members to create a cohesive and pleasant dining atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a restaurant/hospitality environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
